If you cannot attend the performance due to testing positive for covid-19 or self-isolating due to coming into contact with someone who has tested positive for covid-19 then we will exchange or refund your ticket. This is subject to you informing us prior to the show start time, either by telephone on 01924 211 311 or by email.
No other refunds will be given.
If you no longer wish to attend due to concerns around covid-19 (but you haven’t tested positive and you are not self isolating) then we will exchange your tickets for a different performance. Please contact us 48 hours prior to the performance start time in this instance.
Terms and Conditions
Only one discount applies per ticket. Offers cannot be used retrospectively.
All tickets to be sold solely through the official Theatre Royal Wakefield Box Office and occasionally by approved partners, and cannot be resold through any other channel without prior approval from Theatre Royal Wakefield.
Tickets are non-transferable, and the named ticket holder must be present
Unauthorised audio or visual recording including photographs is not permitted; mobile phones should be switched off.
