An application for a place on any term will only be deemed to have been accepted if accompanied by the payment of the full fee prior to the start of that term. All payments are non-refundable.
Payment can be made by card or cash at our box office, over the phone or online.
Courses take place once a week during the normal academic terms. The term dates for the academic year are available as a download from our website, and are distributed in physical and digital forms.
Written confirmation from Theatre Royal Wakefield of an application confirming that a student has been allocated a place establishes a contract for the provision of teaching services.
Theatre Royal Wakefield reserves the right to make changes to the timetable and to the teaching staff.
Fees will be reviewed annually.
Participants take part at their own risk and are obliged to inform Theatre Royal Wakefield and its staff of any existing injuries or medical condition.
Participants are obliged to take care of their own belongings. Theatre Royal Wakefield can accept no liability for lost or damaged belongings.
The liability of Theatre Royal Wakefield and that of its staff is restricted to class time only and then only to gross negligence.
Theatre Royal Wakefield reserves the right to withdraw any member at any time without notice for non-payment of fees.
Theatre Royal Wakefield reserves the right to exclude participants from lessons at its discretion.
Theatre Royal Wakefield reserves the right to remove any member at any time without warning from its sessions if there is a breach of the terms and conditions outlined above.
Theatre Royal Wakefield has a no smoking policy and chewing gum is not permitted on the premises.
Smart technology and mobile phones devices are not permitted during Performance Academy sessions, unless explicitly stated by staff.
Due to a number of nut allergies with students, we ask that you please avoid sending raw or processed nuts and nut products to Theatre Royal Performance Academy
