Theatre Royal Wakefield require a Duty Manager to run Front of House operations of the theatre during performances. In so doing, provide excellent customer service to audiences. The role involves managing bar staff, security staff, volunteers and to maintain a friendly, safe and welcoming environment for all theatre visitors and staff.
