A brilliant opportunity to see some of the most talented young performers in West Yorkshire as Theatre Royal Wakefield’s Performance Academy (Wakefield students) hit the stage for their annual showcase performance. Sing! Dance! Act! features performances inspired by our favourite Broadway and West End musicals.
Our yearly Performance Academy showcases allow all students to demonstrate their progress on stage at Theatre Royal Wakefield. The performances help students to develop confidence and self-esteem as well as respond to direction and increase stagecraft.

The shows on Friday and Saturday were fantastic, but to see [our daughter’s] confidence on stage was incredible. This year she really has blossomed and I would like to thank all of the teachers for allowing her the opportunity to do so.
