If Not Now, When? is a play about grief and the complexity of a dependent relationship between siblings, Liam and Chelsey. They see the potential in each other but struggle to find their own place in a world fractured by their family’s past.
Originally written for the National Theatre’s New Views playwriting program, CAPA College has received National Lottery Project Grants funding from Arts Council England to develop, If Not Now, When?, a play written by second year student and emerging young writer Isabel Hague, an 18-year-old CAPA College student from Barnsley, South Yorkshire. With support from National Theatre, The Civic Barnsley, CAST and Theatre Royal Wakefield.
