The Limelight Appeal

Help support the production of our acclaimed youth musicals and the theatre's creative programme by donating to the Limelight Appeal.

The unbelievable quality, enthusiasm and talent of Theatre Royal Wakefield's young performers is been one of the highlights of Theatre Royal Wakefield's programme. Most recently, 2015's production of Cats was a spectacular interpretation of professional quality to rival any West End production, demonstrated by the standing ovation at every performance.

If, like us, you believe it's vital that young people continue to be given the opportunity to perform on stage and share the limelight within our wonderful theatre, you can make a donation to the Limelight Appeal and help our young people become the future of live theatre.

Cheque donations can be sent to: The Development Team, Theatre Royal Wakefield, Drury Lane, Wakefield, West Yorkshire WF1 2TE. If sending a cheque, please include details of your address, so that we can acknowledge your gift.

You can also make a donation in person at the Theatre, by placing cash or cheque into one of our Gift Aid envelopes, available from the Box Office, and placing it into the donations box located in the foyer.

Gift Aid is a government initiative that allows charities to claim back tax on any donations that they receive from UK taxpayers. This adds 25% to your donation at no further cost to you.
