Exchanges
Tickets can be exchanged up to 48 hours before the performance.
There is a charge of £1 per transaction for this service. All tickets must
be returned to the theatre before an exchange can be actioned. Refunds will
not be given.
Ticket Agents
Tickets can be booked at any of our agents which include Wakefield
Tourist Information Centre.
Concessions
Concessions and discounted tickets must be requested when booking a ticket. When available, these apply to under 16's, full-time students,
those in receipt of means tested benefits, over 60's and those who are registered
disabled. Please produce proof of eligibility each time a booking is made,
if made over the phone you will be asked for this upon collection of tickets.
You will be offered the best concession at the time of booking.

are currently available for parties of 10 or more at most performances.

All ticket prices include a £1.20 supplement devoted to the theatre's restoration and capital development fund.
